• Eligible participants: Central government officials to be promoted to entry-level managerial positions (Grade 5). • Duration: Six weeks (Six sessions a year) • Number of participants: 1,740 officials (290 per session)

Objectives |
• This program aims to contemplate public service life, redefine public service values, and to acquire the policy planning capabilities required of policymakers. • This program is also designed to cultivate leadership skills and job-specific expertise as mid-level managers, and to develop the competencies for inter-agency collaboration and active communication with the public. |
