The National Human Resources Development Institute (NHI) of the Republic of Korea is eagerly preparing for its forthcoming Annual Global Public HR Conference.
This year's conference will convene a diverse assembly of participants, including representatives from public organizations and officials, as well as esteemed experts from the private sector, notable academic institutions and valued international partners.
The conference will explore the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the Human Resources Development field. Under the theme "Leadership in the AI Era: Competencies Required for Public Sector Leaders" the event will delve into the essential competencies required for effective leadership in a landscape increasingly shaped by AI technologies. Key topics will include digital literacy and digital citizenship.
The conference will commence with a keynote address by Mr. Ben Nelson, founder and CEO of Minerva University, setting the stage for a series of three sessions designed to foster insightful discussions on leadership competencies pertinent to the AI era.
