The NHI held the '2021 Global Public HR Conference' in parallel, both on-line and off-line. HR experts in and outside of Korea, including those from international organizations, governments, public organizations, and universities, participated in the conference*.
The conference,which was held under the theme of "Public HR for Building Back Better," consisted of a keynote speech and three sessions.
Overseas scholars and experts, including Maria P. Aristigueta (Founding Dean of the Biden School, University of Delaware), Helen Dickinson (Professor of Public Service Research, University of New South Wales Canberra), Daniel Gerson (Senior Manager of the Public Employment and Management Policy, Public Governance Directorate, OECD), and Kelvin Tan (Director of Singapore Civil Service College), participated as presenters across both online and offline boundaries.
